Privacy & Terms
Last updated: October 2026
Samer4D is a remote design and 3D production studio. This page explains how information is handled when you use our website and project workspace, and the basic terms that apply when you request or receive services from Samer4D.
By using the website or creating a project, you agree to these terms.
1. Information We Collect
When you use Samer4D, we may receive information that you provide directly, including:
- Your phone number and account information.
- Project descriptions and messages.
- Plans, drawings, images, references, audio, and other files you upload.
- Project agreements, quotations, payment records, and delivery information.
- Information you provide while communicating with the AI Assistant or Studio Team.
We only request information that is relevant to providing, managing, or improving the service.
2. Your Project Files
Files uploaded to a Samer4D project are intended for use within your private project workspace.
They may include architectural drawings, images, 3D files, technical documents, references, and other project material.
We do not intentionally publish your private project files publicly.
Access to project files is limited according to the permissions and functions available within the Samer4D workspace.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information may be used to:
- Create and manage your account and projects.
- Understand your project requirements.
- Communicate with you.
- Prepare quotations and agreements.
- Produce design, 3D, visualization, and technical work.
- Provide previews, revisions, and final delivery.
- Maintain security and reliability of the service.
- Improve the project workflow and user experience.
4. AI-Assisted Features
Samer4D may use AI-assisted tools to help with tasks such as understanding messages, organizing project information, translation, voice transcription, and assisting communication.
AI tools support the workflow but do not replace the human design and production process.
Project design decisions, modeling, detailing, review, and final production remain the responsibility of the studio team.
When external AI or technical service providers are used, only the information necessary for the relevant function should be processed.
5. WhatsApp and Account Access
Samer4D may use WhatsApp-based verification or notification services for account access and project-related communication.
WhatsApp and any third-party messaging or verification provider operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
Samer4D does not control how those external services process data outside the Samer4D website.
6. Payments
Payment methods may vary depending on the client, country, and project.
Where available, payments may be completed using services such as PayPal or through another payment method agreed directly with Samer4D.
Samer4D does not store full payment card details on the website when payment is handled by an external payment provider.
External payment providers are subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
Service Terms
7. Starting a Project
Creating an account or starting a project does not by itself create a paid obligation.
The project scope, price, delivery expectations, and any special conditions are agreed separately before or during the project workflow.
Where a specific Project Agreement is issued, that agreement takes priority over general information shown elsewhere on the website.
8. Client Information and Measurements
The quality and accuracy of the work depend on the information provided by the client.
The client is responsible for providing reasonably accurate:
- Dimensions.
- Plans and drawings.
- Site information.
- Existing conditions.
- Product or material information.
- Technical constraints relevant to the project.
Samer4D is a remote service and does not normally perform physical site measurement or inspection.
Dimensions that affect construction, fabrication, or installation should be verified on site by the client, contractor, manufacturer, or another responsible professional before execution.
9. Design and Visualization
3D models, renders, AI-assisted concepts, and visual presentations are tools used to communicate and develop a design.
Rendered images may differ from the final physical result because of lighting, materials, manufacturing, construction conditions, screen settings, or product availability.
A visual image should not be treated as a fabrication drawing unless technical production information is specifically included in the agreed scope.
10. Revisions and Feedback
Clients may review previews and provide notes during the project.
The number and scope of revisions may depend on the individual project agreement.
Changes that significantly alter the approved direction or original project scope may require additional time or cost.
11. Final Delivery
Final deliverables depend on the agreed project scope and may include:
- Rendered images.
- 3D models.
- Working files.
- AutoCAD or PDF drawings.
- Shop drawings.
- Videos or walkthroughs.
- Other agreed production files.
Editable or source files are included only when they are part of the agreed deliverables.
12. Construction and Fabrication
Samer4D provides remote design and 3D production services.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, Samer4D does not act as:
- An on-site contractor.
- A construction supervisor.
- A structural engineer.
- A local authority.
- A substitute for required professional approvals.
Contractors, manufacturers, and installers remain responsible for checking dimensions, materials, structural conditions, local regulations, and execution requirements before construction or fabrication.
13. Intellectual Property
Clients should only upload files, images, drawings, or references that they have the right to use or share.
Unless otherwise agreed, project material created specifically for the client may be used by the client for the intended project after the relevant obligations under the project agreement have been completed.
Samer4D retains rights to its own systems, website, workflows, templates, tools, and general methods.
Portfolio Use
Samer4D may wish to display selected completed work in its portfolio or promotional material.
For private or confidential projects, Samer4D will not intentionally publish identifiable project material without permission.
14. Confidentiality
Project files and communication are treated as project information and should not be intentionally disclosed to unrelated parties except where necessary to operate the service or complete the requested work.
If a project requires additional confidentiality conditions, these can be agreed separately.
15. File Storage
Project files may remain stored while they are needed for active projects, project history, delivery, support, security, or reasonable business record keeping.
Clients should keep their own copies of important final files.
Samer4D should not be treated as a permanent backup or archival storage service.
16. Service Availability
We aim to keep the website and project workspace available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting, internet connectivity, third-party services, updates, or technical issues.
17. Limitation of Responsibility
Samer4D is responsible for providing the design and production services included in the agreed project scope.
Samer4D is not responsible for problems resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client, unverified site measurements, contractor errors, manufacturing errors, material substitutions, local regulatory requirements, or changes made outside the agreed design.
18. Updates to These Terms
This page may be updated as Samer4D services, technology, payment methods, or project workflows develop.
The latest version published on this website applies to future use of the service unless a specific project agreement states otherwise.
19. Questions About Your Account or Project
For questions related to your account, privacy, files, or an active project, please contact us through your Studio Workspace.
