Do you fabricate or install the booth?
Samer4D provides the design, 3D visualization and agreed technical drawings. Fabrication and installation can remain with your contractor in Riyadh.
What if the stand number is not confirmed yet?
Start the project with the information you have. You can add the stand number and official floor plan later inside the project conversation.
Can we upload the exhibitor manual and plans?
Yes. Once the project is created, upload the organizer manual, stand plan, logo, product catalogue and reference files directly to the project workspace.
Is the first submission a quotation acceptance?
No. It creates the project and gives us the information needed to review the scope. Pricing and deliverables are agreed separately inside the project.
